Tournament Applications will only be accepted through our new Online Tournament Application beginning October 1st, 2017. Applications will close on October 13th, 2017 at midnight. Teams will be accepted on a First Come, First Served Basis. The Tournament Fee will be collected online at the time of application. Confirmation e-mails will be sent out indicating that we have received your application.
Accepted teams will be notified by October 22, 2017 and will be posted to the Tournament Page on our website. A maximum of 4 teams per division will be placed on a waiting list. If your team is not accepted your Entry Fee will be refunded. Teams must email a copy of their Ringette Alberta TRF to firstname.lastname@example.org
Withdrawal & Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued if your team withdraws prior to October 13th. If you withdraw after October 13th a refund will only be issued if a suitable replacement team is found to fill your spot.
Ringette Alberta affiliation rules apply for all teams, including those from out of province.
Overage players will only be allowed to participate if they are registered with the team (proof required), play on no other team, and can be no more than 1 year overage. The maximum number of goals allowed to be scored and counted by an overage player is 2 in any game.
The tournament will be a round robin format. All teams will play a minimum of FOUR games, All teams must be ready to play @ 9:00 am on December 1st, 2017. All U10 Teams and divisions will be using the smaller nets.
Each team must provide a volunteers to work the shot clock, score sheet or time clock and penalty box, No exceptions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the game.
