About Us... The Medicine Hat Ringette Association was established in 1985 with one team, seventeen girls and several enthusiastic parents. The association now proudly boast over a dozen teams, well over a hundred participants and hundreds of enthusiastic parents. Our girls participate in Southern Alberta Zone play, Provincials, numerous tournaments and a local house league. Did you Know? There are currently over 24,700 players on more than 2,000 teams across the country with over 1,800 officials and over 5,000 coaches. Internationally, it is played in half a dozen other countries around the world. Worldwide, over 50,000 girls and women are registered members of ringette teams.
